Did you know that International Tea Day is a relatively new campaign? This special day was adopted on December 21,2019 and it’s supported by United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization. It may seem like just another day, maybe one where we can share our love of tea, but there’s so much more to the story!
International Tea Day about raising awareness of the long, deep history, cultural and economic impact of tea globally.

The goal of the day is to promote and foster collective actions to implement activities in favour of the sustainable production, the consumption of tea while raising awareness of its importance in fighting hunger and poverty.
International Tea Day has been celebrated on December 15, since 2005, in tea producing countries like India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Malawi, Malaysia, Uganda and Tanzania.
All Muskoka Pantry Tea, and Tisane are organic and farmed as part of biodynamic farming techniques which works in tandem with the sustainable movement we wish to foster and encourage.
