We’re all feeling it.

It’s seems like almost everyone is feeling it. “It” being the need to chat less, keep to ourselves and it’s tiring. Emotionally tiring and that’s making life and work well, tiring too. 

If this sounds like you, you’re not alone! I feel you & that’s why I wanted to tell you about this strange sounding herb, Gotu Kola!

Gotu Kola is a perennial plant that you can cook with and use it for medicinal purposes! It’s a natural solution  for the tired  and unfocused brain. Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine healers have used this herb for centuries.

Nature is amazing, and I deeply believe that so much of what ails us can be remedied by tapping in to all that is freely available to us. Just think about how good you feel after a walk in the woods.

It’s important to always listen to your body if you’re tired. If your brain says “I’m turning off today”, say okay. Just chill. Order take-out. Watch tv or read a book. Sometimes relaxing really is the best medicine.
