​We all experience stress, anxiety, pain or fatigue at some time in our lives.

In these moments, it’s still important to stay focused on activities that bring you JOY! 

Here are some easy activities that are fun and friendly:

1) journaling – see @journalsofdiscovery for journals and prompts

2) get creative with modeling clay – Pinterest has great ideas

3) if gardening at home is too much, enjoy a walk through an arboretum or a garden centre

 4) take a luxury bath with products from @larklotusnaturals

5) bake some cookies and share with a friend

6) DIY kits to explore your creativity. I have a few on order from @woodU and I can’t wait to start painting!
