If you happen to have left overs this sauce is lovely to serve with pork chops, or as a sauce over baked chicken thighs.
Cranberry Orange Marmalade Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons avocado oil
½ cup chopped onion
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 cup water
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 package fresh cranberries
1 250 ml jar Orange marmalade
Method:
Fry chopped onion in oil until golden, gently add sugar water ginger and fresh cranberries and stir.
Once cranberries begin to pop, add orange marmalade stir until combined.
Allowed to cool and serve at room temperature.
Ready in 15-20 minutes.
