At Home Immunitea Recipe

Any time of year is a good time to give your immune system a nourishing cup of herbal tea and with the addition of a few fresh kitchen ingredients you’ll be sure to love this recipe.

Make your own Immunity tea recipe at home with Lemon balm, Ginger and Tulsi tea and a few ingredients you might already have in your kitchen!


2 tbspns fresh lemon juice

1 inch sliced fresh ginger

2 tsps Muskoka Pantry Lemon, Ginger, Tulsi blend herbal tea

1 tsp honey

2 cups water


Place all ingredients, except honey, in a sauce pan and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

Strain ingredients and pour into a cup,  add honey, if desired.

This herbal tea is caffeine free, naturally, so enjoy this anytime of day!
