Fragrant and flavourful. Mulled wine and apple cider are a traditional winter favourites reminiscent of festive times with family and friends.
In the early Autumn make mulled apple cider with 1 litre of fresh cider and 1 spice pouch. Or, add a pouch of spice to 1 liter of wine. Simmer liquid and spices for 10 – 20 minutes, discard the spice pouch and serve.

Suggested wines: Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon are wonderful. You might like to try a spiced white wine as well!
