Hot Tea: Add one slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea into a teapot for every 7-9 ounces of water. Pour freshly boiled water over tea and steep 3-7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
Iced Tea: For 1 litre of tea. add 12 heaping teaspoons of Muskoka Pantry loose leaf tea into a teapot. Pour 1 1/4cup freshly boiled water over tea leaves. Steep 5 minutes. Next, fill a pitcher 1/4 full with ice cold water. Once tea has steeped, pour tea into the pitcher of water making sure to strain tea leaves. Add ice and additional cold water as desired. Garnish with fresh mint and sweetener as desired.
This helps to reduce any cloudiness of the tea.
