Buddha Focus: green tea, Brahmi, Gotu Kola, Tulsi, Ginseng, Rooibos

Serenitea: elderberries, rose petals, passionflower, skullcap, lemon balm, oatstraw, natural essence

Balance + Harmony: hibiscus, peppermint, lemongrass, rose petals, red clover, calendula

Brewing Instructions:

Brew 2.5g or 1 teaspoon of tea in 1 cup hot water for 3-5 minutes.
