Before you sip, try this.

How often do you truly pause during the day? Not just scrolling, not just multitasking—just being?

Tea has a way of slowing us down if we let it. So here’s a simple ritual to turn your next cup into a moment of calm:

1. Breathe: Before your first sip, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Feel the warmth in your hands.

2. Become Aware: Let the steam rise. What scents and flavours do you pick up? Spicy, floral, sweet?

3. Sip, but don’t rush: Let the flavors unfold. How does it feel? How does it taste—comforting, energizing, grounding?

That’s it. Be present if only for a few seconds. Doing this consistently, you’ll grow to be more present in other parts of your life as well.
